Acceptable Donations List

Generally, items must work as intended. We are unable to accept items that are heavily soiled, damaged or in need of repair. Items must be clean and free of pet hair. Due to liability issues and disposal costs, sometimes we must refuse a donation. Large Appliances that are working - we no longer accept appliances for scrap or repair

Electronics; TV's, Stereos, Computers, Printers, etc.
Furniture in good condition, clean, no pet hair and working as intended  Mattresses, box springs, Sofa Beds, Pet Beds, Hospital Beds
Office Furniture and Supplies  Musical Instruments 
Cabinets and Countertops  Automotive Parts and Supplies 
Light Fixtures and Ceiling Fans  Books, Magazines, Records (unless building related) 
Flooring (Full Boxes) - no unboxed tile Unframed Mirrors and Glass 
Carpets and Rugs  Used Tile 
Hand Tools, Power Tools  Items used for drinking water (unless new in box) 
Hardware (No Rust)  Garden or Whirlpool Tubs, Hot Tubs 
Plumbing Fixtures; Sinks, Toilets  Chemicals, Paint, Containers for Chemicals; Cans, sprayers 
Lawn and Garden Items  Fluorescent Bulbs and Fixtures, Track or Can Lighting
Roofing Materials (less than 5 yrs. old)  Dishes, Small Kitchen Appliances (toasters, etc.) 
Electrical Items  Corded Blinds and Drapery Rods, Valances
HVAC Appliances (in working condition)and Materials  Coaxial Cables, Outdated Wiring, Phones 
Windows and Doors  Fire Rated Doors, Storm Windows, Single Sashes 
Brick, Block, Stone, Slate (Clean and Whole)  Swimming Pools and Accessories 
Lumber and Trim; Must Be Free of Nails and Must Be at least 4' Lengths Clothing, Bedding, Draperies 
Lumber and Drywall Sheets 4' x 4' Minimum  Children's Items and Safety Equipment
